Our base tiers offer standard translation services. Industry-specific add-ons, such as legal, medical, or financial translations, provide additional expertise tailored to your field. These add-ons ensure that your translation is not only accurate but also relevant to the specific terminology and nuances of your industry.
3. What are your standard turnaround times?
For projects under 6,000 words, our standard turnaround time is 3-5 days. For projects between 6,000 and 10,000 words, the standard turnaround is 5-7 days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the content.

2. Do I need to select an add-on for every project?
No, add-ons are optional. If your project is straightforward and doesn’t require specialized knowledge, you can stick to the base tier. However, if you need more tailored expertise, such as for legal or medical documents, an add-on ensures precision.
4. Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we offer rush services. For a 48-hour turnaround, an additional 50% of the base price will apply. Contact us to confirm your project’s eligibility and get a custom quote.
6. Do you only offer English and French language pairs?
Currently, Frenslate specializes in English to French and French to English translations. However, we understand that language needs can vary, and we are open to collaborating with trusted partners to accommodate additional language pairs on request. Please contact us for more information about your specific language needs.
8. What is your revision policy?
We offer revisions within 48 hours after the delivery of your project to ensure your complete satisfaction. If any adjustments are necessary, simply let us know, and we'll make the changes at no extra cost, as long as the request aligns with the original scope of work.
